What happens when I submit the form? When you submit the form, you will receive an email guiding you through the next steps. You will receive your license key, and directions on how to download and install the MarvelClient databases and configure your first upgrade. ##### What are the system requirements? Please refer to our documentation ([https://www.panagenda.com/kbase/display/mc/MC+12.0#MC12.0-SystemRequirements](https://www.panagenda.com/kbase/display/mc/MC+12.0#MC12.0-SystemRequirements)) for detailed notes on the requirements.  But in short: Notes >= 6, Windows >= 7 (MC Upgrade is not available on non-Windows platforms). ##### How long can I use this offer? This offer is not time limited. You can take however long you like to redeem the 25 tokens, and MarvelClient Upgrade can be used an unlimited amount of times on computers for which you have redeemed a token. ##### How are machine names redeemed? When the upgrade is performed on each individual computer, MarvelClient Upgrade will contact our servers to request a token. It will transmit license key, machine name, and Windows domain name, and receive the license to perform the upgrade (if the license key is valid, and if the combination of domain and machine name hasn't been used yet). Should you not have internet access or other problems (like proxy issues), you can contact us and we can manually add the names you provide us. ##### Can I add more than 25 machine names or change the ones I used already? This offer is limited to 25 computers based on their machine name. We do not increase the count or remove machine names that have already been used up. However, please note that you can perform unlimited numbers of upgrades for each redeemed machine name, making testing on a single, dedicated computer possible without using up more than one token. ##### What can I do if I need help? Is there support available during this trial? Since this is a free offer, we cannot provide you any direct support. We have, however, plenty of guides and documentation available to help you out. ##### Are there any limitations to the functionality of MC Upgrade during the trial? No, you have the full feature set available to you, completely the same as with the paid version. ##### What happens at the end of the trial period? The Notes clients you have upgraded, stay upgraded and fully functional. The Config and Analyze databases you have installed remain and can continue to be used to for all your Notes and Nomad clients in the scope of MarvelClient Essentials (or you can remove them, if you prefer). Since we appreciate your interest and trust, a surprise gift awaits you.
